The software provides you with pre-made special effects. Rebaslight gives you the possibility of adding a touch of action or Sci-Fi to your home videos without any effort. This is why you should get a video cutting utility and extract the segment in which you wish to add an effect, so you don't have to go through each frame of your entire video. The operation will take some time to complete, since the software will process each individual frame.

When your is complete, you can export the video to a folder of your choice, in MP4 format. Additionally, you can make a few tweaks on the left side of the main window, to make the effect look the way you want it to. Keyframes can be added to each effect, which is helpful for determining its length or making it move along a path. You can move them anywhere in the picture and click and drag nodes to change the length or size of the effect. Selected effects are listed directly beneath the video preview and you can add them into the picture by simply clicking in the playback area. Once a clip is loaded, you can choose between three different effects from one of the top menus. On the surface, it looks like little more than a media player, but its tools allow you to do more than just watching a video. There is no need to spend any time looking around the user interface to learn its controls, thanks to its simple layout. Though it works on older machines, it is recommended to have some more powerful hardware installed.
